All prices are correct at time of display online and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. The Janitor Ltd reserve the right to cancel any purchase contract in the event of a typing, administrative or other error resulting in an incorrect price being published. In these circumstances, neither parties will be bound to continue with that contract, you may be asked by The Janitor Ltd to confirm whether or not you wish to proceed with your order including all goods correctly priced. Simply browse our web site and select the items you require, you then have three choices: a) Buy immediately online and pay using your debit or credit card via Paypal or other service provider; b) Telephone our order line and pay by debit or credit card c) Send your order by post and pay by cheque or postal order. Goods are not sold on a trial basis except where specifically stated. Free samples are for commercial businesses only (unless otherwise stated in writing) and may only be ordered by someone with the authority to purchase on behalf of the employer & only while stocks last. 4. Payment
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted unless a credit account has been approved by our selves. Once payment has been received by The Janitor Ltd we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the address provided on your order form. Acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between The Janitor Ltd and the customer. All goods remain the property of this company until payment is made in full. 5. Validation Checks
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. The Janitor Ltd can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and to non-mainland UK addresses and also certain remote UK mainland addresses and locations including the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. Please check individual orders for applicable carriage fees. Goods can be delivered either to your home address or to any specified alternative address or to your work (subject to the possibility of additional delivery charges as referred to in the previous paragraph, in respect of non UK mainland and remote addresses and locations), but we will have fulfilled our delivery obligations to you if we arrange delivery to the delivery address provided by you in your online order (or if no specific delivery address is given to us, by delivery to your own address as provided to us). Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail or by Courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Courier deliveries.

7b) UK Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days does not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In the event of your order coinciding with a Bank Holiday please allow an extra 3 working days.
From the receipt of payment for your order we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 3 working days providing the goods are in stock. Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot. PLEASE NOTE:
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. 8. Restrictions on Ordering and Delivery
The Janitor Ltd can only accept orders from holders of credit or debit cards registered at UK addresses or through credit accounts approved by the Janitor Ltd. We can deliver to most addresses in the U.K. However we will not accept delivery addresses outside the UK unless otherwise agreed. Please telephone 0800 542 8031 for non-UK destinations. If we can supply to an address outside the UK we will agree delivery costs and charges and anticipated despatch and delivery dates with you.
Please note that you must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site.
